Idiom of the day

雞蛋裏挑骨頭 jīdànlǐ tiāo gútóu
Literally, it means to pick the bones out of a chicken egg. In other words, it means to be too punctilious or picky. It's often used to be critical of someone, perhaps suggesting that they are being picky on purpose, to be annoying. So if you're girlfriend's all up in your grill b/c you leave sock balls in the laundry hamper you can tell her to stop picking bones out of chicken eggs. propa.

Roman Holiday
Back from rome and amsterdam. Amsterdam was fun, and my friends there really took care of Mei and I. I felt like a rockstar. I didn't touch my wallet (except until Mei and I had to get a hotel room cuz we were both about to collapse after not sleeping the night before). Anyway, Amsterdam is lame. Unless you're a hippie frat boy who likes weed and whores, of course.

Rome was funny. About 80% of women have frosted blonde hair. I took about 100 pictures of different "frosties" and I will post them as soon as i get them back from Matt, where they are stored on his computer.
